Responsibility during tenure :
Architect Builder Division:
During working with Sleek International, India’s largest modular kitchen & kitchen components manufacturing company. Main responsibility was to develop the “Architect Builders Division” to deal with project requirement by builders and developing relation with Architects and Interior designers to get the repeat business. Successfully achieve the 200% of the target in just half financial year 08-09.
Training Division:
Develop the complete module for training of staff including Interior Designers of frontline. Training include designing basics, presentation skill, negotiation skill and complete product range of modular kitchen. Personally involved in the process of training and taking the presentation session.
Design Center:
Develop a complete new concept in company of centralized design center to provide the fastest help to the stores across the country. All designing and quotation work is done in H.O. using latest software and highly trained designers. Also develop Quote Master, a package which helps to make quick quotation for kitchen design by software.
Corporate Tie-Ups:
Responsible & involve in the process for the corporate tie ups done with reputed companies like Shopper’s Stop (Home Stop), @home, TATA Croma, Lifestyle etc. Also doing the corporate deals with builder like 550 kitchens with Ajmera Builder for Bhakti Park, Wadala. Done the tie up with HDFC home loan division to provide the vital information’s and provides leads for potential clients.
